HOW TO USE:
 
Start with 2-4 pumps evenly across the face & neck at night-time every other day. Increase slowly and steadily to 2-6 pumps daily, both morning and night, as skin feels comfortable.  A good quality facial SPF is required if you use retinol based products during the day, and if you spend more than an hour outside.
 
Note: If you are not used to using retinol, especially in stronger doses, please ensure to slowly build this up into your skincare regime with a step-up method.  This can be done by initially using every other day, starting with 1-2 pumps, or mixing with another (non-retinol containing) moisturiser.  If your skin is comfortable after 2 weeks, you can increase the quantity or frequency of use to provide optimum rejuvenation results.  Only make incremental changes once every 2 weeks.  Continue slowly increasing up to 2-6 pumps twice a day only if your skin continues to be comfortable.  If you experience uncomfortable skin at any point, drop down to the last dose that was comfortable and try increasing again in 2 weeks.  If you still experience an uncomfortable reaction, stronger retinols may not be suitable for your skin, although should be able to be continued in the smaller doses.  If you experience any adverse reactions, stop using and contact us.   Email us at info@sanctuary-bramhall.com for any questions or concerns regarding advice or use of this product.  We offer free consultations, including face-to-face, by telephone or online.  We can work with you to advise the best skincare regime for you.
