HOW TO USE:
Best used once a day at night-time, after your chosen serum. Start with a pea-sized amount evenly across the face & neck at night-time every other day. Avoid contact with the eyes. Increase after 2 weeks or as skin feels comfortable to 4-6 pumps each night. See the retinol step-up method suggested. Additional amounts can be used more liberally on the decollete, elbows, and hands. A good quality SPF is required if you use retinol-based products during the daytime / outside. Compliments Lumia Oil Serum and Aura Eye & Lip Balm as part of an overall night-time skincare routine. Avoid contact with and over the eyes.

RETINOL STEP-UP ADVICE
If you are not used to using retinol, especially in stronger doses, please ensure to slowly build this up into your skincare regime with a step-up method. This can be done by initially using every other day, starting with 2-4 pumps, or mixing with another (non-retinol-containing) moisturiser. If your skin feels comfortable after 2 weeks, you can increase the quantity or frequency of use slowly to provide optimum rejuvenation results. Only make incremental changes once every 2-4 weeks. As this is a treatment moisturiser, it is best to be used at night. Ensure to use a good quality SPF if using during the daytime and outdoors. Additional amounts can be used more liberally on the decollete and hands.
If you experience uncomfortable skin at any point, drop down to the last dose that is comfortable and try increasing again in 2 weeks. If you still experience an uncomfortable response, stronger retinol may not be suitable for your skin, although should be able to be continued in the smaller doses.

HOW TO USE:
Apply using cotton pads or directly to the face neck, and over the eyes. Wipe away makeup, eye makeup, daily grime, pollution, and toxins or massage in gently and leave for a short while for oils to infuse and then remove. Follow with DERMARITUAL Essence or Dawn Mesotherapy Toners, your chosen serum(s) and moisturiser. Can be used on its own as a lightweight moisturiser for the face and body, when skin needs a break from actives such as retinol, acids and/or high-strength vitamin C or for super-sensitive skins
